Cpk Technologies, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of high quality precision miniature turned swiss screw and milled components serving the medical, telecommunication , fiber-optic and semi-conductor industries. Our primary equipments are state-of-the-art CNC Compound Lathes and CNC Machining Centers.
Cpk
is a critical components supplier to the most demanding OEMs in
the medical device and electronic semiconductor industries. It is with
this experience that we have set our standard for quality and production.
Since then, Cpk has become a leader in the machining of Kovar ferrules
and feed throughs which include microhole drilling of .005" holes.
We manufacture custom stainless steel ferrule bodies with the ability
to hold a total tolerance of .002" on the ID. We have also manufactured
critical components for the heart valve dilator and spinal fixations which
command absolute precision.
