Cpk Technologies, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of high quality precision miniature components primarily serving the medical industry. Since its founding over nine years ago, Cpk Technologies, Inc. has become one of the leading manufacturers of precision medical components for one reason: we continually honor our commitment to you so you can consistently meet your customer’s needs.
The management of Cpk Technologies Inc., has over 50 years of collective experience providing valuable innovative manufacturing solutions and engineering to the industries they serve. Cpk Technologies, Inc., together with our strategic business partners, work with Fortune 500 companies in design support to prototyping, development and commercialization of their products.
Our world-class production facility is technologically advanced. We have the latest state-of-the-art CNC Swiss screw lathes. Our machines are fitted with innovative enhancements to enable us to reduce cycle time, minimize burrs and improve the surface finishes. CpK's "cell concept" process translates to shorter manufacturing lead times, reduces work in process and produces higher quality parts, components, sub-assemblies, and complete devices.
Cpk Technologies is in compliance with ISO 9001-2008 and expect certification by November 2009. Our cleaning and passivation processes have been validated to comply with ASTM F86. We can provide process capability data upon request. Cpk is positioned to meet your validation requirement; we have dedicated personnel to address this endeavor.
